1 The Promoter
The promoter is Claudia Lee at C Lee Promotions, whose registered office address is at 16 Dobney Avenue, Queniborough, Leicester, England, LE7 3FF.
2 The Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place via a Facebook live feed on the Promoter’s Facebook Account. The Promoter will use a random number generator to choose the winning number and the person who has that number is the winner of the prize.
3 How to Enter
The date the competition will start (the Opening Date) and the date the competition will end (the Closing Date) will be published via Facebook only, on the Promoter’s Facebook account under the name C Lee Promotions LTD (the Promoter’s Facebook Account). Please regularly check this, as entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted and will not be valid for any future prize draws.
All competition entries must be received by the Promoter at
Free Post C Lee Promotions Ltd, 9 Aspen Close, Walesby, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 9WA or online via Facebook messenger to the Promoter’s Facebook Account, by the Closing Date.
All competition entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted and will not be valid for any future prize draws.
The Promoter reserves the right at their sole discretion to change the Closing Date, making it later than the original Closing Date. The Promoter will publish any changes to the Closing Date on the Promoter’s Facebook Account.
To enter the prize draw, you can enter using the paid entry route or the free entry route:
To enter using the paid entry route, you must enter online by creating a Facebook account and sending a direct message to the Promoter’s Facebook Account with your full name, date of birth and contact number and how many numbers you want to purchase. One number is one entry and the cost per entry will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook Account. Full payment is needed for a valid entry. If you do not make payment at least 48 hours prior to the Closing Date, your entry will not be valid, and you will not be eligible for the prize. Any payment received after this cut-off will be refunded. Once your valid online entry has been processed by the Promoter, you will receive confirmation of this, along with your number(s).
To enter using the free postal entry route, provide your full name, date of birth, home address, email address, contact number & details of the prize draw competition you wish to enter in clear, English handwriting by either Royal Mail post-box, or first or second-class post to Free Post C Lee Promotions Ltd, 9 Aspen Close, Walesby, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 9WA.
One envelope is one entry; if you want to enter more than once, you must send separate entries. Once your valid postal entry has been processed by the Promoter, you will receive confirmation of this, along with your number(s).
All postal entries must be received no later than 48 hours before the Closing Date and will have the same chance of winning as a paid entry. If your entry is received after this cut-off, your entry will not be valid, and you will not be eligible for the prize.
If the prize draw has reached its maximum number of participants before your entry is processed by the Promoter, your entry will not be processed. Please check the Promoter’s Facebook Account for all updates.
The Promoter will not accept:
3.1.1 responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
